problem with watching a film
If the film you are trying to watch keeps 'buffering', this may be caused by high levels of traffic to the site at that time or a slow internet connection. This site is optimised for broadband users.

alerting the editors to factual errors
If you were involved in one of the films published on propeller4film and spot a factual error, please email info@propeller4film.com Please include the address (URL) of the page to make it easy for us to rectify the problem.

the submission process
Once you have submitted a film to us with our submission form, we will feedback to you usually within 7 days to feedback to you. If you are successful and your film is accepted, it would normally take a further 28 days before your film would appear on our site.

our submission criteria
propeller4film receives a large number of submissions and we can only screen a small number of these. However, every film we receive is watched by the in-house editorial team. Overall, we look for films that meet a high standard both in terms of ideas and technically and that are innovative, have a strong coherent narrative and use the cinematic medium effectively.

what rights am I giving propeller4film?
We ask for non-exclusive rights to use your film free-of-charge online for three years from the date of publication. This allows us to show your film on www.propeller4film.com but doesn’t stop you from giving others the right to show it too. If after your film is published on propeller4film you're offered a deal which requires exclusivity, then you can ask to have your film removed from our site, all we ask for is 90 days notice.

getting clearances
When submitting your film to propeller4film, you need to make sure you have secured all the relevant clearances to allow us to stream your film in public. To find out more about what clearances are required, please check out our compliance section (in the Cutting room) for templates of the paperwork you need.

making a complaint
