1. Business description
Propeller4film Ltd is a private company limited by shares. Company registration No 7008456. Propeller4film provides a web-based service delivering a Video on demand player coupled with a reference and UK and European short film-funding guide to support new film and TV talent.

2. Privacy Policy
Our Privacy Policy describes the information we collect and how we use that information. We will not pass your information to 3rd parties without your prior consent. We do hold email addresses for use if we have queries about your subscription or to use if you have subscribed to our newsletter. We do not electronically store or retain credit card or bank account information. All information written on invoices is retained in our archived files.

3. Delivery policy
Propeller4film Ltd is primarily concerned with the provision of a free VOD web viewing platform, and an on-line reference and funding support service for which there is a charge of £9.50 for 3 months.  This charge is collected via a quarterly on-going subscription with automatic notification to those customers who are subscribed to the service.The subscription can be canceled at any time by logging into the site, clicking the account details link and then clicking the cancel my subscription link. If you cancel your subscription, the next scheduled payment will not be taken.

Where propeller4film must deliver digital services or documents, we will endeavour to transfer the requested items in a timely manner. Where this provision is automated, we will endeavour to deliver the assets immediately, within the business hours of 9am - 5pm Monday through Friday (British Time).

Where propeller4film must deliver services via a third party, we will only transfer essential information for the purpose of the transfer. We will make clear to you the information that is being transferred, and refer you to the associated privacy policy of the third party.

4. Return refund cancellation policy
Propeller4film Ltd is primarily concerned with the provision of intangible digital services. If you are not happy with the service provided by propeller4film, please get in touch with your concerns. We aim for 100% customer satisfaction, and will refund for services where appropriate. Please contact us at info@propeller4film.com within 14 calendar days following the receipt of the requested service to discuss your concerns. We will work with you to resolve the issue, or where possible offer a refund.
