Edward Shieh

Edward Shieh is a New York based writer-director completing his sixth short film, Vocé & Eu (You & Me) (2009), with Pulitzer Nominated co-writer, Richard Vetere. His official writing and directorial debut film, No Menus Please (2005), screened at more than 25 festivals worldwide garnering a Golden Gate International Jury Award for Best Direction. Eddie is also the founder of the Red Rope Playhouse and Red Rope Screening, annual invitation-only presentations to professional networks of internationally acclaimed works by emerging and established filmmakers and playwrights. Eddie is an awarded advertising creative director and has worked for agencies such as Ogilvy & Mather, TBWA/Chiat/Day, and BBDO, for brands including IBM, Pepsi, Chase, Heineken, and Connecticut. Currently, Eddie is developing additional short and feature projects soon-to-be released.
