Continuing our real commitment to supporting filmmakers our cutting room is the other half of our business. Our filmmakers are talented and hard-working but they have been telling us the things that they need most: how to get funding, the crucial paperwork for rights protection and how to distribute and recoup money invested in films. As part of our innovative approach propeller4film has created a unique one-stop funding database that will give filmmakers information and access to over £1m in funding opportunities immediately.

propeller4film is all about continuing to help filmmakers make their great short films and attract even more wide-ranging audiences to a fantastic viewing environment. propeller4film is building on its success to make it the best place in the world to experience short film.

We have a team of staff dedicated to this unique service for filmmakers. Our programme acquisition staff can be seen at film festivals, screenings and other film events around the UK and Europe, meeting and talking with filmmakers to deliver our services in line with their feedback. Our editorial team manage the selection and curation of the short films into the genres and collections that we can feel so proud of. Our research staff are the UK‘s leading team of experts on film funding that is so important to filmmakers. We are independent and we are in touch.

Ultimately, we are a team dedicated to bringing a professional film service to people who love film whether they love watching it or making it.

propeller4film is a UK based service with offices in Yorkshire and London.
